Dave Gallo
Founder and Managing Director

Dave is an executive management and technology consultant with proven ability to envision and plan strategic engagements that improve the bottom line for clients. Dave is passionate about advising all levels ranging from project managers to executives on the functional and economic benefits of cloud computing versus application development. He provides high-value, practical solutions for clients on how best to integrate marketing, sales, order processing, back-office accounting and line of business solutions for the enterprise. More recently Dave has worked with higher education, high technology and nonprofit clients to design and develop relationship management solutions with Salesforce.com and Intacct while developing custom platform integration using Open Source, .NET and Apex development.
Prior to Bluestone, Dave served as Chief Operating Officer for Edgewater Technology. Dave joined the firm as the company’s first employee in 1991 and ascended quickly to Vice President and General Manager growing the company to over 200 consultants. Dave also held positions at the Boston Company and Fleet Bank working on personal trust systems and commercial lending systems performing systems design and development.
Josh Gallo

Josh is a strategic account executive with a combined 8 years of sales experience on selling cloud-based SaaS and information Security solutions to a wide array of clients. Josh is responsible for working alongside Chief Revenue Officer’s and Sales leadership to help align the organization’s digital transformation journey by optimizing and streamlining sales processes via customization, integration and data services using the Salesforce platform. Bluestone’s quote-to-cash offerings include opportunity mgt., quoting, sales orders, product management and pricing, analytics and adding custom business rule sets that support corporate sales policies.
Previously at Rapid7, Josh was responsible for driving new business in the Northern California region. Selling comprehensive security solutions including Managed- XDR, CSPM (cloud security posture management), DAST (dynamic application security testing) and vulnerability management solutions. Primarily focused on helping security teams in the high-tech, biopharma, healthcare and logistics/manufacturing industries. Prior to his tenure at Rapid7, Josh was an account executive for the Institute for Applied Network Security (IANS). Based in Boston, IANS is a boutique information security advisory group for the security practitioner. IANS Research is a clear-headed resource for decision making and articulating risk for Chief Information Security Officers and their teams. Josh covered the Mid-Atlantic region working alongside security teams at Truist, JELD-WEN, Krispy Kreme and Lowes.
Lee Kolm, Ph.D

Lee is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a business systems analyst with two decades of experience in software and systems. She is passionate about diving into thorny problems and struggling projects to create solutions, devise plans, render order, and deliver success. Lee is equally comfortable forging a multiyear system roadmap as she is creating comprehensive and thorough user stories and test plans. This flexibility allows her to lead a team through a complex project or to join a team that needs instant value.
For custom software, cloud-based solutions, and ERP systems, Lee has worked in all phases of the project lifecycle. She has identified and included stakeholders, defined project tasks and milestones, gathered and documented traceable requirements, and planned and executed tests. She has managed development, deployment and implementation, recovery, and support. Lee has extensive knowledge of project management and works in traditional and agile methodologies.
Lee has experience in many industries including retail ecommerce, insurance, financial services, health care and logistics. Her projects have included: leveraging big data and a cloud platform to send personalized emails; custom and package online retail catalog management, implementing billing, enrollment, financial and accounting systems; creating a workplace marketing systems for insurance carriers, and establishing a PMO. Most of her work has been as a consultant but she has also been in the client role.
Kris Larson

Kris is a big data engineer and solutions architect with over 20 years of developing and supporting data-centric solutions that extract, transform and stage structured and unstructured data for analytical or operational uses. That experience enables Kris to work closely with business end users, data center staff and multidisciplinary development teams to help determine which data sets should be provided, how that data should be manipulated, and what data management systems are appropriate to move that data towards greater value. More recently, he has delivered Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions that leverage SFDC configurations, APEX triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning components to support custom data objects, workflows and business processes. In addition, Kris has provided web design and configuration services for setting up a branded customer service community to facilitate better case management and knowledge based self-service.
Kris has developed integrated data solutions and proof of concept demonstrations for clients in finance, healthcare, digital media, networking and education using big data technologies such as IBM Netezza, Pivotal Greenplum and MapR Hadoop as well as more traditional data technologies such as Oracle and MS SQL Server. These big data solutions typically rely on optimized data models and robust data ingest processes that use Big Data Management System (BDMS) utilities, 3rd party ETL/T software and custom scripts to integrate multiple data sources with predictive analytic tools, decision support systems and reporting platforms.
Prior to that, he supported several data conversion projects that transferred line-of-business transactional data from mainframe databases to client/server databases.
Michael Robert

Mike is a solutions architect with over 20 years’ experience designing, building, and integrating cost-effective software solutions. Mike’s diverse experience covers a wide range of IT disciplines including project management, business systems analysis, database design, and systems architecture. Mike enjoys collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and loves the challenge of finding the right combination off-the shelf, custom, and legacy software to deliver a good return on IT investment. He has managed several large software projects working with stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to coordinate all phases of the software development life-cycle from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
Recent projects have included: real-time integration of Salesforce with legacy on-premises systems, implementation and customization of packaged web content management and ecommerce solutions. Mike has also designed and implemented custom data management and content delivery solutions, as well as data warehouse solutions using the SQL Server platform. Prior to joining Bluestone Consulting Group, Mike implemented IT solutions for companies in the retail, publishing, and finance industries.
His technical expertise includes ASP.Net, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Transact-SQL.
